Can I create multiple accounts?
No, this is perhaps one of the most important rules of free gift sites, only 1 account per person. Anyone found to have more than one account will be placed on hold.

Can I refer my family?
Yes you can. However if they reside in the same household as you it would be wise to contact the free gift site via a support ticket first to get the green light. If you don't do this then you and your family member may be placed on hold.

What happens if I'm put on hold?
Being placed on hold means you have broken a rule, knowingly or not, or it appears to the freebie site that you have done so.

If you have deliberately broken the rules your account will not be reinstated and you will not receive a free gift.

If it is a mistake then contact the admins via a support ticket and explain the situation to them. Freebiejeebies and Kudosnetwork are renowned for their customer service and will sort out any issues no problem.

I completed an offer but I haven't been credited yet.
Don't panic! You may not have yet fulfilled all the requirements of the offer or freebiejeebies may not have received confirmation that you have done so. This can take time but don't let it stop you, you can still refer people while you wait!

Why have none of my referrals counted towards my Free Gift?

You're referrals have probably not yet completed their offer, these are known as "yellow" referrals, a sign up who has completed an offer is marked with a green tick in your list and will count towards your free gift.

Make sure you email any sign ups who have yet to complete an offer. You may be able to get a few green referrals out of it!
